Authorities are now identifying a 70 year old South Coast man as the victim of a fatal hit and run accident.
Oxnard Police say Frank Ybarra was struck on the 1400 block of West Gonzales Road Saturday morning. The Oxnard man was pronounced dead at the scene.
Detectives are looking for a dark colored pickup truck with tinted windows which they say hit Ybarra and fled the scene. They say the pickup would probably have some noticeable front end damage.
