The State Water Resources Board is investigating groundwater issues related to cannabis growing.

A public review has begun after reports of illegal dumping of products linked to pot growing, in waterways.

There has been some evidence of dead fish and pollution.

There are proposed regulations that will address marijuana farms and waste discharge rules.

If approved, new state regulations could be imposed in November.
