A paraglider in the hills over Santa Barbara reported an abandoned vehicle off Gibraltar Road.
The report launched an extensive recovery effort down the steep, brushy ravine Sunday afternoon.
Investigators found two deceased men in their early 20's were found.
The car was 500 feet down, and both men had been ejected from it.
The vehicle matched one missing out of Lompoc this week.
The identities of those involved have not been released.
