A new foundation helped to support a South Coast Police Department has received its first major donation.
Jim and Tracy Magnusson, who are the owners of Performance Therapy Center, donated $20,000 to the Oxnard Police Community Foundation.
The Foundation was created to help the department’s community service efforts, as well as to help support officers and staff members who’ve experienced tragedies, or crisis situations.
