Work is beginning on a new three story building which will bring a mix of needed new apartments, and office space to the South Coast. The complex on the 200 block of East De La Guerra Street in Santa Barbara will include 26 apartments.
Radius Commercial Real Estate, which is one of the partners in the $12 million dollar project, will use the 5500 square foot space in the building as its offices.
Two historic homes on the property will also be preserved and upgraded for use as rental units. Construction is just getting underway, with plans calling for the project to be ready for move in by early 2021.
