The search is continuing for the driver of what’s turned into a fatal hit and run collision on the South Coast. On May 12th, a woman was struck at the intersection of Colonia Road and Marquita Street in Oxnard. Witnesses say the 49 year old woman was hit by a red SUV which fled the scene.
The woman died four days later. Her name still hasn’t been released.
Oxnard Police investigators are looking at potential evidence like surveillance video from businesses and homes in the area.
