As cases of coronavirus surge on the South and Central Coasts, medical facilities are looking at shortages of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) for staff. For those interested in assisting the medical community, the following facilities are accepting donations:
- Ventura’s Community Memorial Hospital - Accepting donations between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. at 147 N Brent St, Ventura, CA 93003
- Goleta Valley Cottage Hospital - Accepting donations from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 351 S Patterson Ave, Goleta, CA 93111
- County of Ventura - Accepting donations for the county's response from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., at either the Ventura County Community Foundation, 4001 Mission Oaks Blvd, Camarillo, CA 93012, or Assemblymember Jacqui Irwin's Office (drop-off scheduled via phone, at 805 482 1904)
