SUV crashes into Simi Valley restaurant, injuring two

Two people were hurt when an SUV crashed into a pizza parlor in Ventura County. It happened just before 5 p.m. Tuesday, in a shopping center on the 2700 block of Tapo Canyon Road in Simi Valley. The driver of the SUV suffered minor injuries, and an employee inside had moderate injuries. There’s no word yet on what led to the accident.
