Rock stars sport them, but these days, mothers, and even grandmothers have them. Tattoos have become a popular fashion statement, as well as a way of symbolizing something or someone special in a person’s life.
This weekend, tattoo art will be the focus of a special event in Ventura County. The "Focus on The Masters" organization is sponsoring a talk with tattoo artist Sandra Price at the Brooks Institute.
It's called "Tattoos: They're Not Just for Drunken Sailors Anymore!"
