A plan to replace the Santa Barbara City College Sports Pavilion is on the agenda at a community meeting Wednesday night.
The overall project calls for the demolition of the existing structure, to replace it with a new, $40 million athletic complex.
$31.9 million of that total would come from state coffers, while the rest would come from Santa Barbara City College.
The state program is offering funding to replace buildings where that is a cheaper alternative than tending to repairs.
The discussion is expected to go over architectural design and access points mandated by the Americans with Disabilities Act.
The meeting will take place from 5:30-7 p.m.
