A legislator representing much of the Central and South Coasts is the latest member of Congress to issue a call for President Trump to face impeachment.
Democratic Congressman Salud Carbajal of Santa Barbara says the President knew the rules and broke them, and that he cannot be above the law.
Carbajal says the question of impeachment goes beyond political party, and is about defending American democracy, and freedom.
Carbajal cited a number of Mueller Report findings in issuing his call for congressional action against the President.
