New $8 Million Dollar Fire Station On South Coast Dedicated

A new $8 million dollar plus fire station has been dedicated in Ventura County.

Ventura County Fire Station 27 is in Fillmore.  The 15,000 square foot building is located on nearly three acres of land at the intersection of Highway 126 and C Street.

The station has three bays for fire trucks, living areas, space for training, and room for future expansion if needed.  It replaces a nearly 70 year old fire station.
