Man Changes Pleas To Guilty In Murder, Attempted Murder Cases On Central Coast

A Central Coast man is expected to be sentenced to 24 years to life in prison after entering guilty pleas to murder, and attempted murder charges.

In January of 2015, Noe Herrera killed Salvador Juarez of Lompoc. Prosecutors say Herrera also brutally attacked his own mother.

The 33 year old man originally entered a not guilty by reason of insanity plea. Noe will be formally sentenced later this month.
