A man is facing an assault with a deadly weapon charge after a stabbing at a civic center complex in Ventura County.
Police say two homeless men sleeping on the grounds of Simi Valley City Hall got into an argument early Sunday morning. Investigators say Roger Alan Autman stabbed the victim in the hand.
The 61 year old man was arrested at the scene. The victim was taken to a hospital for treatment of what's described as a moderate injury.
