Latest Storm Could Bring Half Inch To Two Inches Of Rain To Central, South Coasts

The latest in a string of storms to hit the Central and South Coasts could bring a half inch of rain to coast and inland areas, and up to two inches in the mountains. The rain comes after a weekend which brought more than six inches of rain to some spots.

Nordhoff Ridge in Ventura County had 6.5” of rain, and San Marcos Pass 5.8”. Santa Barbara had 3.5” of rain during the last three days, Montecito 3.1”, and Carpinteria 2”.

Ventura and Oxnard each recorded 2” of rain, Newbury Park 2.3”, and Agoura Hills 2.8”. On the Central Coast, Solvang had 3.2” of rain, Lompoc 2.5”, and Pismo Beach 1.5”.
