Firefighters now say their latest estimate is that the Woolsey brush fire in Ventura and Los Angeles Counties has destroyed 370 structures.

The 91,000 acre blaze is now 20% contained, with full containment projected for later this week.

The key factor in efforts to contain the blaze remains the wind. Strong Santa Ana wind is in the forecast until tomorrow evening.

The Highway 101 closure in Agoura Hills was lifted last night.

Officials say the formal damage assessment confirms 44 structures were destroyed, but the total survey of the affected area is only 15% complete.

There have been two deaths in the Santa Monica Mountains believed to be connected to the blaze, but Los Angeles County Sheriff’s officials say autopsy results are still pending.
