A man has entered a guilty plea in connection with an attack on a veterans memorial in Ventura County. Ventura County Sheriff’s detectives have been investigating the July, 2018 tagging incident on the Ventura County Veterans Memorial. It’s on the grounds of the Ventura County Government Center in Ventura.
Someone spray painted the memorial with derogatory slogans. There was more than two thousand dollars in damage.
Several members of a graffiti tagging crew were arrested for various incidents.
Now, investigators say Cameron Lundy of Camarillo entered a guilty plea to a felony count of vandalism for the attack on the memorial. The 19 year old will be sentenced next month.
