The COVID-19 death toll on the Central and South Coasts has reached another tough milestone.
The 20 additional deaths from Saturday through Monday brought the overall total to 1500 since the start of the pandemic. Ventura County has had 852 COVID-19 related deaths, Santa Barbara County 413, and San Luis Obispo County 235.
But, the number of new cases reported in the Tri-Counties continues to decline. 574 were reported over the three-day period for the three counties.
The total number of cases since last March is just over 129,200.
