Four Arrested In Connection With Central Coast Killing

A man and three teens have been arrested in connection with a fatal shooting on the Central Coast earlier this week.

Lompoc Police detectives have been investigating the Monday night shooting.  Francisco Garcia was shot on the 700 block of West Chestnut Avenue.  The 30 year old man died a short time later at a hospital.

Detectives say they aren’t sure why Garcia was shot.  But, they say Emmanuel Cruz, and the three teens who were arrested had gang connections.
