Coronavirus Death Toll Now Stands At 23 On Central, South Coasts; Nearly 1100 People Test Positive

The death toll has climbed to 23 on the Central and South Coasts from coronavirus.

Someone in Santa Barbara County in their 60’s with pre-existing health conditions is the latest victim of the virus.

The 23 deaths include 16 in Ventura County, six in Santa Barbara County and one in San Luis Obispo County.

The number of diagnosed coronavirus cases on the Central and South Coasts is now approaching the 1100 mark.

There’s currently a total of 1099 confirmed cases in our area.  Ventura County has 476.  Santa Barbara County stands at 460, and San Luis Obispo County has 163 cases.
