Central, South Coast Voters Favor Bernie Sanders In Super Tuesday Primary

The Central and South Coasts followed the statewide trend in California in favoring Bernie Sanders as the Democratic presidential candidate. In Ventura County, Sanders garnered 31% of the vote. Joe Biden received 28% of the vote in the county, while Mike Bloomberg received 14% and Elizabeth Warren 11%. In Santa Barbara County, Sanders had an even stronger showing, with 35% of the vote. Biden had 23%, Warren 13% and Bloomberg 12%.
