Central, South Coast Health Care Network Offering Free Online Coronavirus Diagnosis

A hospital system serving the Central and South Coasts is offering free online visits for people who think they have coronavirus symptoms. Cottage Health is offering the initial online diagnosis through its CottageCareNow online service.

People submit some basic information online, which a medical professional will review. If it’s needed necessary, the CottageCare provider can then refer someone to the appropriate place for an in-person evaluation.

The 24/7 service was launch by Cottage Health in December of last year. You can use it for non-coronavirus related health issues. They charge $29 for an online consultation, and $39 for a video face to face visit.  You can find a link to CottageCareNow at www.cottagehealth.org/carenow
