Central Coast Community Hit By Rash Of Vehicle Vandalisms, Burglaries

A warning has been issued following a rash of vehicle vandalisms, and burglaries on the Central Coast.

San Luis Obispo County Sheriff’s deputies say at least eight vehicles have been targeted in the Los Osos area in the last week.

In most cases, the victims had left items of apparent value in plain view. Investigators say the burglaries often involved vehicle windows being broken, even in some cases where the doors were unlocked.
