A Cal State Channel Islands student who’s been the focus of a months long investigation by university police has been arrested on a rape charge.
Jonathan Douglas Henry Walker was suspended by the university last year after three students accused him of sexual assault. Walker lived in one of the campus dorms.
After examining the evidence, Ventura County prosecutors filed the charge against the 23 year old San Bernardino man in connection with one of the alleged assaults.
