Firefighters in Santa Barbara County are getting a handle on a brush fire on the Central Coast.

The 110-acre Windmill Fire west of Buellton near Highway 246 is now 40% contained.

It started after 2 pm Friday and was moving rapidly, burning mostly grass and lights oaks. An evacuation warning was issued for the Bobcat Springs community but was later lifted. Fire crews used helicopters, air tankers and dozers to help stop the spread of the flames.

There's no word yet on the cause of the brush fire. Full containment is expected Sunday morning.
