Authorities are investigating the death of a college-aged male whose body was discovered at a beach on the South Coast.
Santa Barbara County Sheriff’s officials say the body was found by a passerby Saturday morning near the surf line just east of the Camino Del Sur beach access in Isla Vista.
The identity has not been released.
An investigation is looking into the circumstances surrounding the death. Detectives say the death appears to have occurred recently and there are no obvious signs of foul play.
