29th Coronavirus Death Reported On Central, South Coasts; Number of Diagnosed Cases Tops 1340

The number of coronavirus deaths on the Central and South Coasts continues to grow, with word of a 29th death in the region.

A person in their 40s with preexisting health conditions died in Santa Barbara County.  That marks the ninth coronavirus related death in the county. Ventura County has had 19 deaths, and San Luis Obispo County one.

The number of diagnosed coronavirus cases on the Central and South Coasts has risen to 1343.  Ventura County has 595 cases, Santa Barbara County 544, and San Luis Obispo County 204.
