Authorities Seek Public's Help In Solving Mystery Behind Body Found On South Coast Beach

The Ventura County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s help identifying a body found on a beach in the county.

The body of a man was found on Hollywood Beach near Oxnard January 24th.  There was no clothing on the body, and no identifying information was found in the area.

The man was a white male around six feet tall, possible with reddish blonde hair.  The think the man was a young to middle aged adult.  An autopsy is pending.

But, at this point there are no missing person reports which match the body.  Authorities are hoping someone in the region might have noticed an abandoned car or boat which could be linked to the man.
