Ventura Jail Inmate Gets Six Year State Prison Sentence For Killing Fellow Inmate

A Ventura County Jail inmate has been sentenced to six years in prison for the death of a fellow inmate.

Daniel Louis Fuller tried to force Jeffrey Kibler to go to another area of the jail.  Prosecutors say when Kibler refused to go, Fuller punched him in the face, and dragged him to the door.  Kibler died a few hours later from a ruptured spleen.

Fuller pled guilty to involuntary manslaughter for the 2018 death.
