Weak Storm System Passing Through Central, South Coasts; No Issues Expected In Brush Fire Burn Zones

A cold front approaching the West Coast is bringing some rain to parts of the Central and South Coasts.

San Luis Obispo County could get up to a quarter of an inch of rain Tuesday night, with up to an inch possible in some isolated mountain areas.

Santa Barbara County could see a few tenths of an inch of rainfall Wednesday morning.   Meteorologists say the latest computer models show that the rain won’t make it to Ventura County.

The weak system isn’t expected to pose any type of problems for the brush fire burn zones on the Central and South Coasts.
