Economic Issues Due To COVID-19 Don't Stop Some High End Real Estate Deals On Central, South Coasts

This Santa Ynez Valley ranch in the Santa Ynez Valley just sold for $21 million dollars

The rough economic situation created by the coronavirus crisis hasn’t stopped some huge real estate deals from going through on the Central and South Coasts.  A 4600 acre ranch in the Santa Ynez Valley just sold for $21 million dollars.  Hall and Hall Realtors say they sold Rancho Latigo through an auction.

The more than 150 year old ranch includes a 14,000 square foot home with a home theater and a 10,000 bottle wine cellar.  There’s a 10,000 square foot barn, as well as a helicopter pad.

It’s not the biggest deal of the year in the region.  An estate once listed for more than $120 million dollars in Montecito sold for $63 million.
