A Ventura County man is facing a 300 years to life prison sentence, after being convicted of molesting four relatives over a more than decade long period.
Ventura County prosecutors say Henry Mata molested the young girls when they were between the ages of six and 12.
The Fillmore man was convicted of 15 specific counts as the result of a three week long jury trial.
Prosecutors say there were an additional two victims who testified at the trial, but weren’t included in the criminal charges.
All of the victims were related to the now 67 year old man. Mata is scheduled to be sentenced May 15th.
