Investigators say the driver of a pickup truck which crashed into a Ventura County apartment complex, and injured five people was driving under the influence of alcohol.
A pickup truck driven by Sonny Ramos plowed into apartments at the intersection of Gisler Avenue and Elm Street in Oxnard Monday afternoon.
Two children were seriously injured, and a third escaped with minor injuries. Oxnard Police say after being treated for his injuries, the 37 year old Oxnard man was arrested for driving under the influence while causing great bodily injury, and driving with a suspended license.
