151 New COVID-19 Cases Reported On Central, South Coasts; Three Additional Deaths Recorded

The number of new COVID-19 cases on the Central and South Coasts continues to drop.

151 additional cases were reported Tuesday, with 79 in Ventura County, 35 in Santa Barbara County and 37 in San Luis Obispo County.  It brings the total to more than 131,600 in the region during the last year.

There were three additional COVID-19 related deaths in the three counties, with two in Ventura County and one in Santa Barbara County. There have been 1617 deaths in the Tri-Counties connected to the virus since the start of the pandemic.  934 of them were in Ventura County, 430 in Santa Barbara County, and 253 in San Luis Obispo County.
