Even With Central, South Coasts Getting New COVID-19 Restrictions, Some Businesses Can Remain Open

Even with Ventura, Santa Barbara, and San Luis Obispo Counties pushed back to the purple reopening tier, a number of places on the Central and South Coasts will remain open with restrictions.

Retail stores can remain open, but can only admit people at 25% capacity.  The same applies to shopping centers.

Hair salons, barbershops, tattoo parlors, and massage parlors can also remain open with COVID-19 safety protocols in place.

And, libraries can also keep their doors open, as longs as they don’t exceed 25% of capacity.  Place which remain open have to continue to follow safety protocols like social distancing and the use of face coverings.
