A gratitude wall has been set up to thank educators in Ventura County

The past couple of years have been tough on us all, but especially on our educators and school staff, who have had to rapidly adjust to new ways of teaching.

After two years navigating a pandemic, we are all weary.

So, Dr. Cesar Morales, Superintendent of Schools for Ventura County, wanted to find a way to say thank you to education staff across the county.

A virtual gratitude wall, where messages of thanks are written and displayed, was set up to share messages of gratitude.

The response has been great, Dr. Morales told KCLU.

He said that hundreds of heartfelt messages have been posted thanking everyone from bus drivers to principals from schools throughout Ventura County.
