An Eastside Santa Barbara property owner is appealing the approval of a medical marijuana dispensary that could open up on Milpas Street.
Pete Dal Bello has been outspoken about the proposal for months, and now has put out a 21-page appeal focusing on a variety of issues.
His list includes the proximity to schools, crime in the area, an environmental review, the review of corporate officers, and the need for further public comment.
The proposal has been in the city's hands for more than two years.
