A longtime civic leader in Ventura County has died and his wife was seriously injured in a traffic collision.
Mike Morgan was a mainstay in Camarillo. He served six terms at Mayor of Camarillo and was on the City Council for 38 years.
Details of the Thanksgiving week collision haven't been released.
They say Morgan loved the community, making significant contributions to it through his work with the council and his church.
