It was an unexpected adventure for some 30 people on a tour bus in Santa Barbara County. The bus caught on fire.

It happened just after 6:30 Saturday night, in Montecito. The bus was headed south on Highway 101 near Sheffield Drive when the driver noticed there was something wrong.

He pulled over, and stopped. By then, flames and smoke were coming from the engine compartment of the bus. Fortunately, everyone was able to get out safely.
