Suspect in Ventura attack still at large.

Detectives are trying to figure out what led to a fatal stabbing on the South Coast.

Ventura Police say it happened Saturday afternoon. Investigators say Marcos Reyes was fatally stabbed on a bike trail in Montalvo Hill Park. He died a short time later in a hospital.

There’s no indication of why the 26-year-old man was attacked. Detectives say the person responsible for the attack fled the scene.
