Rain for the Central and South Coasts? It's a possibility.

Depending on the positioning of a low pressure system and the jet stream, the Central Coast could potentially get two inches of rain, and the South Coast an inch Sunday and Monday.

A low pressure system could bring showers to the region.

Storm could potentially bring two inches of rain to Central Coast, one inch to South Coast.

The first significant storm of the season could be headed to the Central and South Coast.

A low pushing into Oregon could send the jet stream though northern and Central California Sunday and Monday.

Meteorologists say it’s still a little early to say how much rain our region will get for sure. It depends on the positioning of the jet stream.

But, as of now it looks like there’s the potential for two inches of rain on the Central Coast. The South Coast might see an inch of rainfall from the system.
