A Santa Barbara County based relief agency has created hundreds of backpack first aid kits in Ventura and Santa Barbara counties for medical professionals who are part of a volunteer group organized to help during disasters. KCLU's Lance Orozco reports Direct Relief International is expanding that effort statewide, to try to outfit more than 4600 volunteers.
