The region's largest university is hoping to get final approval for a major expansion project, which would eventually increase enrollment from 20,000,
to 25,000 students by the year 2025. KCLU's Lance Orozco reports that despite some controversy, Santa Barbara County Supervisors have signed off on a series of agreements to try to mitigate the impacts of U.C. Santa Barbara's expansion efforts.
