Santa Barbara County voters could be asked to help solve the county's longtime jail overcrowding problem, by approving a half-cent sales tax. KCLU's Lance Orozco reports with a July 13th deadline looming to get the proposal on the November ballot, officials are scrambling to try to finalize a plan.
