The ongoing state budget crisis is creating problems of its own locally in many ways, especially for non-profit health clinics which provide key medical services for those without health insurance. The situation is complicated by concerns about how Obama's health care proposals may impact the situation, as well as how immigration reform could impact services to undocumented workers. KCLU's Lance Orozco looks at this subject, as we continue our "Health Dialogues" series.
