Santa Barbara is "Santa Central" for the next few days. An army of volunteers is giving kids from around the country the chance to talk to Santa Claus, and his helpers. KCLU's Lance Orozco explains how the 1-800-Santa Barbara information line ended up as Santa's hotline through December 24th.
