Many teens, and young adults think Isla vista's annual unsponsored, unsanctioned Halloween party is nothing more than fun. But, Santa Barbara County officials are upset, because they end up with public safety, health, and cleanup costs approaching a million dollars annually. KCLU's Lance Orozco reports top county officials want to take a new look at tackling the issue.
