Local public safety officials are gearing up for what could be an invasion of 40-to-50 thousand teenagers, and young adults for an unsponsored, unsanctioned Halloween street party this weekend. KCLU's Lance Orozco talks to some of those involved with preparing to deal with Halloween in Isla Vista.
