A new oil project proposed for the Santa Barbara County coastline rejected by the State Lands Commission might get a new lease on life....thanks to the Governor, who see it as a potential new source of revenue. But, some of its past supporters have misgivings about the Governor's new idea. KCLU's Lance Orozco looks at the issue.
