It was a crime which shocked Ventura County. A teenager was shot, and in a wheelchair by a neighbor. Now...a new documentary about the victim kicks off the Ventura Film Festival. KCLU's Lance Orozco talks with the man who's the focus of the film, as well as the filmmaker.
